Biography
Formed in Las Vegas the early 90's Bentvalve started out as LIFT, but due to another band having the name they decided to change the name to a song title Bentvalve. The band started off as Derek/guitar, Scott/bass, Wes/drums, Brian/vocals and Mike/Lead guitar. There sound started as a heavy intense mesh of Metal and punk. With a very intense live show the band quickly gained a name for them selves. In early 2001 Some members chose to leave the band with Derek and Scott make a tuff decision. They brought Drummer Devin , Guitarist Jason and new frontman Jonathan they crafted a new sound. Bentvalve went from there heavy, raw sound to a more radio friendly heavy rock sound, quickly gaining label interest and popularity.
