Biography
TORN WITHIN, comprised of four of the most diverse people, is setting new standards for today's progressive music. Although they have only been together since the summer of 1997, they have already propelled themselves into a highly respected position in the local music scene. TORN WITHIN's rapid success speaks for it's self.
Their accomplishments include winning several "Battle of the Bands" competitions and performing a live-to-air radio show. They were also showcased in a tri-state area tour which featured a performance at CBGB's in New York City. They are impressing their local area and quickly expanding.
Integrity, dedication, and truth form TORN WITHIN's solid foundation. the feeling expressed in their music reflects their lives. In short, they live what they write.
The rhythmic and bold sound of this racially and musically diverse quartet is powerfully new. Their unique blend of musical styles attract crowds longing for a band that is rapidly changing the music scene. TORN WITHIN gives the audience something to live for.
